VIISAN 3112 is designed for high-quality scanning of artworks, photos, art books, and journals up to 304 x 426 mm (11.98″ x 16.8″) in size. It’s perfect for academic projects, work tasks, art designing, and digital publishing. The VF3120 flat scanner offers the fastest scanning speed of 8-seconds (200dpi, A3-size color). It delivers a maximum optical resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi, providing in a color depth of 48-bit that creates vivid, true-to-life images and smoother color transitions. The Automatic Scan function enables the scanner to capture automatically when the lid is shut. It increases the efficiency for continuous scan tasks with its LED light source to save energy, and no heating time is needed. The VF3120 has a frameless and slim boundary design allowing scanning of large documents, photo albums, books, and heavy objects. This scanner includes four-panel buttons to scan, email, print, and even create a single or multi-page PDF in a snap. (Note: The A3 flatbed utilizes a CIS sensor and cannot capture three-dimensional items. Avoid scanning clothes or disks, acrylic covers, etc.) Works with Windows TWAIN, WIA, and MacOS ICA drivers. WIA works with up to 600 dots per inch. Works with Windows 7/8.1/10/11 and MacOS 10.15 or later for Image Capture (ICA) driver exclusively. Note: To scan images at 1200 dots per inch, please use our provided ViiScan software. It can scan up to 1200×1200 DPI for full-size A3 documents on Windows OS. For MacOS, the VF3120 scanner software can achieve 1200 dpi for a full-size A3 document.
